We want you to be happy with yourp ndles and the service we give you. We are always happy to give help and advice. Whether by phone, email or post, our guidance will always will be caring, honest, well-informed and personal~to~you. We keep you informed of your order's receipt /processing & dispatch by email. We package your orders in securely packed plain packaging.  We deal with any issues quickly. We promise to answer email/phone enquires within 1 working day, though it is likely to be much sooner.

The Romantic evenings Promise Speedy Shipping...

  • Orders made before 3pm on weekdays are sent out that day.

  • Orders made after 3pm are sent out the following day.

  • Orders made after 3pm on Friday & over the weekend are sent on the following Monday (except bank holiday weekends when orders are sent out on the Tuesday - whilst the Romantic evenings counsellors  work bank holiday mondays, the GPO doesnt!)

  • EEC orders are sent by International Recorded Delivery (5 – 8 working days)

  • Worldwide orders are sent by International Recorded Delivery (10 -13 working days)

  • All orders are securely and discreetly packaged in plain packaging

  • There's never ANY indication of the contents or the romantic evenings name: Only a tiny return address on the reverse of the parcel.

  • Over 98% of UK orders made before 3pm are dispatched the same day. In the unlikely event that an item or colour choice is out of stock, and we are unable to dispatch your order, we'll contact you asap to let you know. We will give you an ETA on your order and offer any alternative products/colours that you may prefer for immediate dispatch. Customers ordering Monday to Friday will be contacted the same day. Customers ordering over the weekend will be contacted the following Monday.

  • The day we dispatch, we email you to let you know your parcel has been sent so you can look out for it in the post.

  • If you have opted for Special Delivery, we'll email the reference so you can to track your delivery on the Royal Mail website

  • All Special & Recorded Delivery packages need to signed for.

  • If a parcel gets returned to us as undelivered, we cannot resend it without charging another P&P charge.

  • Once your parcel is in the care of Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any failure in their service. If your 1st or 2nd class parcel is over 5 days late  Please contact us  If your parcel goes astray whilst in the care of the GPO we have to wait until the GPO has accepted liability before we can send you out new goodies or issue a refund.

  • If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay customs or import duties on your items. Also some countries may have laws or restrictions on the "importation" of the kind of items we sell. We have no control over either of these cases and cannot be responsible for any difficulties these might cause.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where applicable. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, but we will contact you regarding any price change to give you the option of amending and processing your order or canceling it.

    If you are not totally happy with ANY product, just return it sealed in its original packaging within 14 days for an alternative or refund.

  • If the item you return is defective, we will reimburse postage costs in the same form as the original payment. refunds.
  • If the item you return is simply unwanted, or a change-of-mind, we cannot refund your posting costs.

  • If an item is returned to be exchanged, we cannot refund your posting cost and will charge a further P&P for the new item to be sent.

  • For your own protection we recommend items are returned by recorded mail.

  • Due to copy write, we cannot accept books back for refund or exchange.

  • Intimate underwear and items with a broken seal cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange.

  • As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
